Fishin247.com grew out of my love for fishing and my desire to have a place for friends to gather and share their fishing stories and pictures with one another with out the rancor that seems to be too much a part of online fishing communities. Now in its fifth year F247 has an eclectic and devoted membership that includes fishermen of all stripes pursuing all varieties of freshwater fish. We count as members outdoor writers, and TV personalities, taxidermists and fishing guides. We have amateur and semipro bass fishermen and many weekend warriors out living the dream when ever they get the chance. Somehow, with all this fishy diversity we have managed to keep the boat afloat and our socks dry. We are all eagerly looking forward to our next day off, our next good fish, and our next new member.
